Behind the name Dolcemania since 2011, there is a team of absolute sweet lovers who make real desserts a real pleasure. Growing up with the finest ice creams, mom’s birthday cakes, grandmother’s fritters and aunt’s birthday cakes, we didn’t want to give up these flavors when we were adults, so we started making them ourselves so we could share that love and childhood flavors with you. With the help of the excellent Italian confectioner Vincenzo, we further developed our recipes and with our cakes into our sweet assortment, which we constantly supplement, to include creamy and dry cakes and famous Italian monoportions that look like attractive mini cakes. Since product quality is at the top of our list of priorities, the same year we introduced the HACCP food safety control system at all stages of its production. It is our great pleasure to invest time and effort into every cake and cake, and our greatest happiness and reward is to see the happy faces of our customers who keep coming back for new supplies of our desserts, always inviting us to be a part of their special moments and share moments of weddings, communions, birthdays, anniversaries and holidays.
